Brain Balance Achievement Center of Wake Forest
The Brain Balance® program is based on the work of NY Times best selling author and functional neurologist Dr. Robert Melillo. His books “Disconnected Kids” and “Reconnected Kids” have helped many families to understand and address the developmental challenges their children face.
Brain Balance® focuses on addressing the underlying cause of all these challenges – a functional disconnection between the right and left hemispheres of the brain due to underdeveloped (or weaker) areas. Extensive research has shown through proper stimulation, training, and positive environmental change, the brain is remarkably malleable. Brain Balance® uses a multi-modal, progressively challenging program to help children to overcome functional disconnections.
