ADHD/ADD is a combination of these three issues for many people: 1. Inability to focus/easily distracted, difficulty dealing with others, easily frustrated/angry or feeling worthless and wanting to give up. 2. Problem being able to control oneself due to being impulsive. and 3. with some being unable to remaining one place/motor restlessness/stay calm and collected,constantly going.

I provide the three parts necessary for children/adults with ADHD/ADD to get the best results: 1. a thorough understanding of what this disorder is/is not. 2. a good behavioral management plan to help the person (and family) know what to do to handle these issues. 3. recommendations for medication along with working with the MD to use the least amount of medication necessary.
