I am a Life Coach who is passionate about helping people (especially people with ADHD) live strength-focused, energizing lives. I have completed the Co-Active Coach Fundamentals training with one of the most well-respected coach training programs in the world, the Coaches Training Institute. I am currently enrolled in the Mentorcoach Positive Psychology and ADHD coaching course with ADHD coaching expert Alan Graham, and I am an Associate Member of the ADHD Coaches Organization.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University, and I am a Registered Nurse. Although I do not provide medical advice to my clients, my experiences working as a nurse, my successes in academia, and my studies in human development have each provided great experiences to draw from as a Life Coach.

Fees: My fees are $100 for the discovery session (up to two hours) and $100 for four weekly coaching sessions (half-hour each). If you would like to share a success or a problem with me at non-coaching times you may contact me via email, text, or leave me a voice mail. Client-initiated check-ins are included in the monthly coaching fee. These rates are guaranteed for the first six months of coaching.
