Board Certified Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and Life/Personal/Wellness/Relational Coach with experience, education, and training to work with children, teens, college aged students, adults in a comfortable, private practice setting. Coaching services are provided by phone, Skype, and in person, whereas mental health counseling services are provided in person individually, in groups, or family/couple settings in the office.

Critical incident services are available through EAP services or through private services with business contracts.

Employee assistance services available also training provided to businesses, corporations, educational settings, and private sector.
