I believe we all have within us the ability to discover solutions to our own problems. Often times children and teens need more direction and guidance as they seek to discover these solutions to overcome life’s challenges. I seek to help children, teens, and their families develop the skills necessary to effectively manage their emotions, maintain positive and meaningful relationships with others, and fully develop themselves in all areas of their lives. I enjoy working collaboratively with families to help children and teens become their best selves.
