As an individual with ADHD, a professionally trained ADHD coach, mental health counselor, and a parent of two grown children with this diagnosis, I approach coaching with a unique perspective and understanding. This combination of professional training and personal experience provides me with a deep resource to help guide you, as you discover the treasures within your ADHD brain.

My professional training includes a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and 125 hours of ADD / ADHD coach training from the ADD Coach Academy (www.addca.com). I serve the greater Kansas City and Johnson County area.
