I have experience helping children and families dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior problems, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and attachment difficulties. I have helped many children and families using a strength-based and relationship-based therapeutic approach.

I work with a collaborative approach and believe that working with a child includes working with the family. I help caregivers fully understand the meaning behind their child’s behavior, so they can learn how to, not only meet their child’s individual needs, but manage and improve the entire family’s quality of life.
