As a Marriage and family therapist, I use a systemic approach whether I am working with an individual, family or couple. This approach considers the impact of all aspects of a person’s life on his or her current situation. My treatment philosophy is to help clients to access their own resources to make desired changes and achieve their goals. I work with both individuals and groups on stress management and have a special interest in working with cancer patients. I also have been trained and certified in Thought Field Therapy.
