I have been in private practice for 27 years. I have also incoroporated hypnotherapy into my practice, working with adults and couples. My style is eclectic and custom tailored to each client and their individual needs.

My approach is warm, engaging, and I feel blessed every day for the opportunity to assist clients in their journey to wellness!

Particular areas of interest are Hypnosis with ADD, stress/anxiety, grief and loss, LGBT issues, and relationship/couples treatment.
