My practice uses an evidence-based framework called cognitive behavioral therapy with clients ranging from children to older adults.

We show our clients how to measure their progress as well as the therapist’s effectiveness, something not many therapists dare to do.

You can expect to have a mixture of sessions that include family sessions as well as individual sessions.

If our assessment warrants it, we refer to psychiatry, but we see this more of a last resort. Our goal is to help the entire family, not continue to scapegoat one or two family members, which is common.
