We are a highly specialized group of psychotherapists working together to provide effective, “State of the Art” therapy, coaching and education for individuals, couples and families struggling with symptoms of ADHD, Addictions, Trauma and/or Mood Disorders. we have more than 25 years of combined experience providing services that are empowering, effective and allow for authentic and sustainable changes. We target long term “trait change” not temporary unsustainable “state change”. What this means to our clients is that they acquire the necessary skills and aptitudes to “graduate” from therapy and live life fully after therapy.
