It is my aim to help people care for themselves and overcome obstacles to their enjoyment of life. The late Joseph Campbell’s instructions to “Follow your bliss” is a pervasive theme of my practice. As a guide and traveling companion for the journey, my attention is to healing, self-discovery, and attainment. The tools of this process are the arts of psychotherapy and the science of medicine. In a turbulent time in health care, I try to provide a refuge of compassion and clarity. I encourage everyone to seek what they need in life and find meaning and fulfillment.
