I use a holistic and family-centered approach to working with children with ADHD. I can work with you and your child to help you understand the role that diet, lifestyle, trauma and family dynamics play in your child’s behavior. I help your child by using play and art therapy as well as cognitive behavioral techniques to allow them to express feelings in healthy ways and change maladaptive behaviors.
