I am a Licensed Psychologist in Midtown Manhattan treating adolescents and adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. My overall approach when treating individuals with ADD/ADHD is to help them harness their strengths, better manage areas of difficulty and develop a healthy, sustainable level of self-esteem.

The work varies based on each individuals need but typically involves developing strategies to help with certain day-to-day difficulties, shifting ways of processing through meta-cognition, assessing/defining long term goals, exploring ways ADD/ADHD has impacted ones sense of self, and developing a positive, accurate narrative around these issues.
