The goal of therapy is to create positive change. My objective is to provide a respectful and safe environment in which to facilitate healing and recovery from loss, restore and establish healthy relationships, and to promote the compassionate awareness of oneself from which all positive change flows. The techniques I use are designed to provide relief from symptoms as well as to facilitate understanding and change. Because each client is unique, the types of interventions will depend upon the individual and the problems he or she is experiencing. My primary interventions include insight-oriented therapy, couple therapy and hypnotherapy.
