Gordon Teichner

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of ADHD / ADD. I obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialty in Neuropsychology, from Nova Southeastern University. I am Board Certified in Clinical Psychology per the American Board of Professional Psychology. I hold Fellowship in the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. My speciality areas also include Neuropsychological assessment (child; adolescents; adults; geriatric; traumatic brain injury; closed head injury; toxins; dementia; Alzheimer’s Disease; stroke), Forensic Assessment (injury litigation, disability, workers compensation, fitness-for duty, Independent Medical Exam, competency, criminal responsibility, fitness to parent, court ordered psychological exam), Psychological Assessment (e.g., Learning Disorders, personality assessment, diagnostic clarification), and psychological treatment (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders). At present, I have authored or co-authored 26 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, 21 journal abstracts, and have given 70+ presentations (posters, papers, and symposia) at national and state conferences including the National Academy of Neuropsychology, International Neuropsychological Society, American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Behavior Therapy. I am a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology, American Psychological Association, American Psychological Association; Div. 40 (Neuropsychology), South Carolina Psychological Association, American Board of Professional Psychology, and American Academy of Clinical Psychology.
