Fees: Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, and the fee is $140 per session. If you are unable to afford this, I do offer a sliding scale option based your financial needs. I currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. If you have a PPO plan with another insurance carrier, I will be happy to provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. , In order for therapy to be most effective and beneficial, I usually recommend meeting on a weekly basis. However, based on your needs and preferences, sessions can take place less often. , I offer a free initial session, in order to give you a chance to meet with me and determine whether you feel that I am a good match for you.
