I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional in Miami, Florida. I specialize in treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues including life stress, depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties with adults and adolescents.

As a therapist, I use a motivating and empowering approach to help my clients feel confident and able to address their issues. By learning new ways to think about choices and behaviors, I aim to foster healthier decision-making to create better outcomes. Through therapy, I believe that everyone has the opportunity to find balance and peace in their lives.

My approach to therapy is to prioritize what each person considers significant in their life, working to establish goals together. I also help people who are simply looking to learn more about themselves and get the most out of life.

Additionally, I work to help coordinate support services both within my office and in the community to help individuals further their progress.
