My specialty is psychotherapy with patients with mood disoders & anxiety disorders. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach, and am an active, educative, and experienced therapist. I have extensive training in approaches that will enable you to learn to help yourself outside of our sessions so that you can learn to manage your difficulties independently. I have subspecialties in treating medically ill and neurologically compromised patients who are also depressed and/or anxious. I offer a free inital consult.
